Did a m2 without much difficulty, seems like the controller experiment is a success.
Honestly not sure if you're trolling here but just to make sure the position is clear:

When people are saying that your use of a controller will limit you on high keys & difficult content, we are not talking about a M2. As an example, I just ran a +2 with my 10 year old daughter sitting on the chair responsible for hitting all my buttons as I called them out to her. We +3'd the key with time to spare. This does not mean that WoW high mythic content is super lol easy. No one is challenging that it is entirely possible to run M2's with a controller; it's also possible to do so with one arm - we are saying that it is far less effective and will prevent you from being able to do some of the more challenging content effectively (read: I'll even define this for you below).

To make the goalposts rather simple, with the Ilvl that you posted I finished (but did not time) a +10. I am by no means an amazing player and thus, someone with the ferocity of your controller talents should have no issues doing so, especially with the rest of your group having a full extra week of gear / experience. I'll wait for the screenshot of the completion. I'll also note that I'm being incredibly kind by setting the bar at +10 (because I believe anything higher would be almost impossible for you to get a group for) when the reality of 'high keys' would likely be about a 13-14 currently.

TL;DR I drove to the end of my driveway with my feet on the steering wheel today. Clearly steering with feet is superior.

Just finished brushing my teeth with a rusty fork without much difficulty. Because of this, would be no problem performing knee surgery with said fork.

mal'ganis "down" past hour. just ganis, nobody else. its in limbo, so its "online" except you can't get a char list or log in and play. Which means Blizzard won't react to the problem for 5-6 hours at least.

Eyeing a server transfer kek. imagine if they can push a transfer faster than they can get their own server stable. $$

This is kind of funny seeing how much blizzard cant figure out what the fuck they are doing. They said this last year now with Shadowlands is 180 also they need to tell every Diablo 3 Dev to fuck off.

Nobody has explained in what way I am limited, in fact I'm enhanced. It's just triggering because you know you have learned an inferior control scheme.

I'm easing myself into to Mythics gradually so I know the tactics, it's not like M2 had me at my limits, I didn't even stop to drink and did most fights half mana.

Yet I long for the days of 2 items per boss 40/25 man raids.... Modern WoW I can't even tell who has what, and feel absolutely nothing when I get an item. The excitement I got when getting Drake Fang Talisman, Cataclysms Edge, etc., was far higher than getting the same item +10 item levels or whatever... Far as I'm concerned the WoW devs are a bunch of socialists now.

Seeing all those different badges... why didn't they just have bosses drop more epic crafting materials and have it be part of that system?

There was nothing wrong with the BC Badges of Justice. People were begging for more legendary drops and that was the way to have excitement with boss drops.

Not sure how just getting your class set free and upgradable from the covenant system is any better, or the version before that with random world quests quickly gearing you up.

Yeah they pulled down loot in Shadowlands because they wanted "loot to be meaningful" but what they don't understand is items that are generic main stat/second stat will never be meaningful. They will always be regulated to forgettable who gives a shit items. What's even more funny is they admit they even as devs you can show them 2 items and they have no fucking clue which is better without simming it even if it's higher ilvl. - They want to make loot meaningful they need to actually design gear again and drop the main stat/second stat gayness as a mantra. It won't ever happen though, as long as there is 85 different scaling difficulties with 683 versions of an item it will all be sterilized computer generated forgettable garbage. Maybe if they bring back class sets as they say there might be something neat.

Best thing they could do as a company is fire Ion and everyone who ever had any interaction with Diablo 3 from the company.

So I haven't played wow since earlyish whatever expansion introduced mythic+ dungeons. How retarded is this American Inventor with his controller? I remember doing like mythic 20s casually

It's both absolutely retarded and somewhat autistic-impressive at the same time. No matter what he does with that controller, he could be doing better with a KB/M.

At least in BFA assuming you meet the gear requirements and understand mechanics, mythics dont start becoming challenging until 10+(and even then can still be pretty easy depending on affixes).

Imagine having a peripheral ergonomically designed to have buttons moulded to the shape of your hands, a control scheme perfected in the only other competitive MMO to have as many keybinds as you could possibly need and a high quality mod to display all your button combos and cooldowns in a clean UI.

Now imagine having peripherals designed to get your mom using Microsoft Office and all your spells and abilities arranged in giant rectangles.

Now imagine having peripherals designed to get your mom using Microsoft Office and all your spells and abilities arranged in giant rectangles.
Now imagine playing a game that was specifically designed to use the latter, using a device designed for something else.

Imagine that moulded shape being inferior when it comes to number of possible input combinations and the speed of activating those combinations.

Imagine using an analog stick designed for slow smooth movement to compensate for shitty game performance and motion blur, instead of using a device that can give you precision aim with the slightest flick of the wrist.

Imagine thinking that a device that hasn't been replaced in decades because it simply doesn't need to be, that allows you to push an input several times a second, is somehow a worse tool than a device literally designed for children.

Imagine being so insufferably thick-headed that you can't just admit that your controller is a worse input device, and instead of just defending your desire to use it, you decide to try to argue that it's somehow superior.

This is why people laugh at you, Chris
