So really this version of Classic+ is far closer to retail than Turtle or Epoch. Just keep that in mind. But it is loaded with all of Ascension's better features and support. You of course have a ton of endgame shit to do if raids and difficult dungeons are your thing.

If I'm Ascenion, I just sunset Epoch. Once the devs from Epoch left, that was the end of it mostly.
Ascenion took on the hosting, while planning on having the devs do their thing. In return, Ascenion would get a bunch of players into their private servers and maybe get some to play on their realms.
If I'm Ascenion, with no main dev support anymore, why would I waste any resources on it that arent really monetized? Epoch went from having 60k people trying to log in, to getting up and having 3 servers at one point with a 4th ready to launch...down to 4k players and merged servers.

Their tbc bundle, "Fel enchanted warchest" gives you unlimited number of 18 slot bags on every character you ever create on the live server you buy it on, and is replicated on any PTR server you ever get access to. its 50 DP ie $16.66 dollars.
It's one of the only things I've ever bought on ascension (other than COA access, I bought BB with gold in game from a52)

Unless Epoch has a resurgence, Bronzebeard is as close as you are going to get. And Bronzebeard "retail" portions aren't all that retail. More QoL. The random dungeon finder, flex raids, Mythic+ content aren't necessarily out of bound for classic content.

It means the vast majority of their custom content is open world content. It's not until you hit endgame that you will encounter dungeon / raid custom content. Unlike Epoch that made a ton of changes to leveling dungeons and held off on end-game changes until after they released the server.

Well, I just read the entire BB page and it just doesn’t fit for me. It’s not the game I’m looking for. I’m sure it’s hugely exciting for a lot of people, but the balance of classic and custom is much too far into custom.
