assuming you mean vanilla through wotlk? only wotlk servers i know of have donator gear and such. feenix has tbc but its laggy as fuck.

Rebirth staff and server really impressed me when I was there. I know their website has been shakey and they've been the target of some DDOS attacks, but I really enjoyed it. ED was more popular, but Rebirth was better in every other way.

No, it was battle stance only. It did not matter though, as it did not stack with thunderfury.

I couldn't stomach the grind. I think I'm still stuck at lvl 41. Lack of people to group with makes it really drag on.
