I don't know, I tend to avoid attributing to malice what can be adequately explained by laziness or stupidity. I think it's far more likely that they just aren't being methodical in making sure they price every sku appropriately. Your point that it's retarded still stands though.

I would never underestimate the ability for Ubisoft to do something stupid, so who knows what's up with the AC pricing.

Steam is slow as shit right now too. In some cases the sale prices aren't showing when loading and when it does it may show the sale price for some titles and not others (like DLC but not the base game or vice versa). It'll probably stabilize in a couple of hours or so.

Are you levelling using Legendary Quests? The rate of XP seems fine to me when using those. XP does seem awfully slow if you're just grinding terminals or story areas though.
