Sounds like the GW2 cash shop which I think is good. I don't think we have the same definition of P2W though. P2W would be a way to buy items or enhancer to upgrade items and become overpowered. Buying exp boost and other kind of utility items is far from being P2W.

Assuming you have food, always scavenge as far as possible from the town (9ap away from town) and deplete the zone. This is especially good early in the game when there is very few zombies.

I did not catch up yet to the last episode but I must say the change of pace/vibe with the grandpa and golem episodes is a welcome one. I got some early supernatural season vibe which is very good. I was getting quite tired of the silly drama for teens, shitty writing and low production...

This game has a very simple gameplay, no economy, no carrot. It kinda get stale after a few days playing it.
