The biggest issue with their storytelling AND game development is that they want to keep the game as accessible to the person who just picked it up as it is to someone who has been playing since Vanilla. This means that only the major storylines are ever continued and they add so very little in...
Super free to play, but been doing this since the latest Hearthstone expansion shit the bed again.
Fun playing mono-Green stompies. Was stupidly lucky and got a second Carnage Tyrant, then crafted a third. Only doing random matches, nothing ranked (though I did get to silver on the three games...
Dinner to Downtown made me think I missed something as well.
And the last episode made no sense.
Show is garbage tier, even for Netflix.
If you need a zombie fix, The Kingdom is so much better.
I only hate the game because my server and the Horde raiding on it is just about dead. (A single Horde guild has downed 1 Mythic boss. Alliance has three guilds at 3/9)
EQ2 had the sort of 'housing' system I want going forward.
Give each of the crafting professions a style/things that can be made with them.
Place rare recipes on achievements/raid bosses/reputations/etc.
Make it so you can have a forge/loom/etc in the place that give some minor perk.
Good...
On the 5th episode of the new season... the transgender character character (Susie/Theo?) plays a much larger role in this season/has more screen time. First two episodes are very, very heavy handed with it. It does even out some, but there is a whole lot of Grrl Power (which is to be expected...
So, for a long time, I have been using the Netflix app on my television, primarily because it still allowed me to rate things with 1-5 Stars, rather than an up/down system.
They just recently removed that functionality and it RESET everything that I have ever rated to an 'unwatched' state. So...
MMOs are, sadly (if you enjoy them), going the way of the dodo. Only older people tend to play them, all the 'kids' are so caught up in their Battle Royales and whatnot these days. Now, if I could just keep them off of my darn lawn.
Tiamat's Wrath - 8th book of the Expanse. Was... good? I guess. The series feels really long in the tooth and so much is being crammed into each book, I am not sure it will have a satisfying ending.
Also fuck them for charging $15 for an eBook.
I am very interested in this game, but with how SJW-infested the last 'game' put out in the VtM'verse was... I will wait.
World of Darkness Preludes: Vampire and Mage
(Amusingly, the 5th edition of the RPG has had lots of 'flak' for going too far to the Right.)
Love, Death & Robots
BEYOND THE AQUILA RIFT
Season: 1
Episode: 7
Air date: 2019-03-15
Awakening after traveling light years off course, a ship's crew struggles to discover just how far they've come.
Revision: I did not know that Beyond the Aquila Rift was in this. No idea how I...
Only did the first three so far on my morning commute. Sonnie's Edge was the best of the bunch. I would watch an entire series based on biological-robot fighting machines.
I understand that, but the Cradle series just seems so much more... alive than the other two. The Traveler's Gate was bad. The Sea and Shadow was alright - At least the Shadow books. The main character of the Sea series is wholly unlikable.
I finished this book in a sitting and started on my re-read of it.
I thoroughly enjoy the Cradle series. It is one of the few series I have not only bought, but I have bought for other people, rather than just giving them a copy of it.
I wish he would just write more of it and skip the other...
Shrine +10 last week (Fortified) was probably the least amount of fun I have ever had doing M+.
+12 Tyrannical AD was the best this week. Last boss is easy enough if people do not eat spiders. Only 'tough' boss is the totem/slime one, due to it boning ranged casters.
Depends on the week.
Fortified week? Motherlode, Siege, and Waycrest are going to be a real slog.
Tyrannical week? Shrine, Temple, and King's Rest are all going to be very painful.
I took the heart-horse-heart to mean that they had found a horse to cast as Roach, clearly the star of the show.
I wonder if they will do the teleporting onto random buildings or getting stuck in trees when called with CGI.
If only people would stop trying to play the game the way they like and play the way Blizzard wants, they would not have to divert so much time from Store Mounts Diablo StarCraft Heroes of the Storm Overwatch to nerf things!
