    Ted Lasso

Not unreasoable criticisms, but the show it still good. It's very much a feel good / heartwarming type of show, even more so than a comedy. So if you're in the mood for that sort of thing, it's perfect.

    The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers

The latest sequel / reboot thingy. I'm sure the mouse knows how to hit all the right notes and tones for an underdog story, but I'm still hoping for something a little more interesting, ala Cobra Kai

    The Expanse

Why isn't there more nitpicking about the "brace yourself" at the end? They're strapped into their chair harnesses, with drugs flowing through their system to handle the insane Gs they're pulling. How much more bracing can they actually do?!

So it seems I'm too old and stuck in my ways to get proficient with a controller. Obviously the games where a controller are better I'm fine, ie sport, facing, party type games, but get into anything fps and I turn into some unco who can barely turn and move properly let alone aim and shoot. So...

    Furious 7 (2015)

MY wife hadn't seen any so we started at 1. I agree, there's a big shift in quality and tone from 4 onwards, but I like the progression starting from 1. I also like that that didn't reboot them into oblivion and incorporated them into the story even though they were shifting away from what the...

    Furious 7 (2015)

Doing a rewatch of the F&F series and just finished this one. Absolutely fantastic. Doesn't have the plot or acting of some of the others, but it's just so much fun. Hard to top it for the spectacle. Paul's send off was really well done.

    Cyberpunk 2077

Decided on my next playthrough to start with balances stats, and then not pick any attributes or perks. Figured I'd get to 20 or so, then create a good save point from which I can just try out any build I want. Hoping I can do it all in act 1

It's hard to get motivated to play through again. Even though there's so many different endings so much of the game is the same I feel it'd be easier just watching them on YouTube. Just keep making the blue med kit and sell off your excess rare upgrade components. You should have 1000's of them if you do it often enough. You''ll actually run out of the common components first so you need to save all the junk stuff for disassembling. If you want to stock up on good...

Stupid question, does the Series x do 1440p automatically? Or will it drop down to 1080p if it can't do 4k? Going away for xmas, and taking my xbox but will only have access to 1440p monitor, not a 4k.

Feast for Odin is good but probably simpler strategy wise than Caverna or Agricola, in that it's a lot more forgiving. But mechanically a lot more complicated. I've played mine a couple of times, the expansion improves it quite a lot, but it's really hard to get to the table these days.
