Got my city up to 110k and mostly stable, but then I started dicking with the tax rates to unlock some achievements. Aparently people don't like 15% and pretty much everyone deserted my city, leaving it a financial ruin that even detroit would feel sorry for.

I actually think it had more potential than Gotham because it is far more removed from the 'main' story and its characters. There would be less need to drop in characters every episode like they do in Gotham. That said, prequels rarely work, so there's a much higher chance it will be a failure.

I would love to see a series based around Hannibal Barca that was done in the same style as Spartacus. While seeing the triumvirate done would be good, it feels like that story been done a lot already. Not sure I've seen any movie or tv show tackle the Hannibal story.
