Haven't seen that spec. The fotm is to blink in, frost nova, cone of cold, run out, blizzard all on the pull while jumping as much as possible.

Playing off-spec will feel a little better when some battlegrounds are available. Burst has always been good in PvP and Shaman gots the burst.
