4 lines on Framily for me was $182ish after taxes, etc. with no line upgrades, so you'd be squeaking by as slightly better if taxes don't vary by state with one upgraded to unlimited. ($160 in lines, $22 in taxes)

Yea joeboo upgrade is per line. Can even split into multiple bills if there's any worries of confusion. Unlike before like many upgrades, they're all line explicit now - like TEPS.

Heck: Depends on how their PSU is set up it might actually. My PC PSU keeps some power once cut - not more than a few seconds though.
