We don't do AI hackathons but we're pushing AI super hard and its annoying. I swear every suit is just repeating AI buzzwords over and over and hoping someone makes something worth a damn. So far I'm not impressed.

I don't watch him anymore because twitch is gay, but I'll always have a soft spot for asmon. He's one of the few 'one of us' streamers.

Steam deck portable handheld gaming PC from Valve

Streaming from my gaming PC to the steamdeck is incredible. I was playing pathfinder wotr and it was ok but sluggish. Streaming it gets the deck running flawlessly at 60fps with no hiccups.

Yeah I mean debug prints are like the one thing I've found AI is great at. I mean we've all made the mistake of accidentally dereferencing a pointer or used a null pointer or something and caused issues, but AI makes it braindead easy.

Kind of going through something similar for a coworker. Technically he was hired for me, but I'm sharing him with our greater team so he can come up to speed on our technologies. Had an informal meeting with the boss and he mentioned the dude is really struggling. His daily status is always...

I've only had it one day but I agree. Something about how flat the switch 2 feels makes it feel worse

I had a jaguar And the numpad was mostly a gimmick. Some games would come with a faceplate you could stick over it showing certain controls for some games but I only remember a couple actually using it.

Field sobriety tests are video evidence for the court. It's actually advised you NEVER do one because if they're asking you to take it they're arresting you and just collecting evidence. They're not doing them to determine you're drunk, they already "know" you are.

    Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

Agreed. Story grabbed me from the start and it being French had absolutely no bearing on anything in the game except sometimes they said French words

    Weapons (2025)

Yeah I really wanted to love longlegs but that's all it was. It was waaaaay over hyped too. Weapons was great. I had a pretty good idea what was going on at a certain point, but I thought it was really well done. The ending sequence was awesome. I agree probably not rewatchable. But I'm glad...

Finally beat this today. I think this was a great game but I agree not 10/10. Story and pacing was decent but strange. Exploration was awful. Basically unlocking everything when the game was basically over was a huge misstep I purposely went to Renoir instead of exploring based on what people...

Elden Ring - From Software + George RR Martin

Well sekiro is kind of interesting and one of my favorites. If combat doesn't click it's a miserable experience. So many people think you have to memories boss patterns to know when to deflect and that's only partially true. The key to sekiro is keep swinging until the boss deflects and then you...

Perhaps I found Malenia easier because I've beaten her so many times. I found sekiros final boss difficult, but in the "putting in reps" and learning kind of way. He never felt unfair.
