Sad that the new barb belt is basically pointless. The massive modifiers set items give to specific spells way way way outstrip anything the legendaries do for other spells. Also, need a Legendary to increase Frenzy's Duration, because that shit is untenable in group situations.

But that would ruin tens of peoples days.

I actually find it advantageous that Unholy's Tier bonuses are absolute fucking dreck. It means I can just get Multistrike in erry slot while we funnel the tier pieces to people with impactful bonuses.

But they'll be relevant again next expansion after they completely forget/abandon this mechanic!
