Well, I watch Noxious sometimes to see some fun decks. Watched his building strategy for collections yesterday and tried to do competitive matches with my best souped up intro deck after almost a month of playing. Yeah....went just like you'd imagine lol. What's the best budget deck right now...
Yeah, I was going to base my post college Grier opinion on how he played OU and the bowl game but I don't think he's an automatic #1 pick and OU will do their best to make him look like one. How the fuck do you make Taylor Cornelius look like a stud?
I voted SF 2 but lots of top games on that list. Dragon's Lair was the first game that amazed me but Golden Axe was the next one that made me save every penny I could. SF2 was the first game I dominated others daily on tho.
Cooper during his first day in the WR room;
Cooper- So I told Dak that if he threw it up I'd get em all. He said, wow, I'm not used to that.
Other WRs- Have you actually seen Dak throw?
Cooper- Not really. He's a NFL QB tho. It's all good.
Other WRs- Ok, bro. Good luck with that.
So, as a newer player, do they provide Ixalan draft, sealed, etc any at this point? I know during my card playing days it was extremely rare to do after a new set but just want to see my options for building dino at this point.
I'm rusty as hell at draft but will be doing the same thing. I'm playing a decent RW lifegain deck but it's incredibly weak against the better decks. Hoping to get some dinos saved up.
Thx for the comments. I haven't played physical MtG in about 6-ish years and this could almost get me to play again. Game was too damn expensive but this seems to fill the need pretty well. The only three things I hate so far are the usual screw/flood, the extreme unbalance between opponents you...
@Chanur , good game but you will constantly deal with Pouncey injuries as long as he's there. Great player when healthy but he's rarely completely there.
Here's how the process works. NFL Fine Schedule and Appeals Process | NFL Football Operations
We are in step one and Burflict can still appeal. This is where LEAGUE staffers identify reasoning for the fine and send them a letter. Burflict is a repeat offender. He's already had a $500,000...
I agree he should be out of the league. That fine is chicken scratch. No wonder the players are pissed. They know the NFL doesn't give a damn. Here's his contract. Vontaze Burfict . Here's his total numbers so far. Vontaze Burfict's updated forfeited salary and suspension history after latest...
The Pats D carried that team for a long time. We forget their D caused 3 TOs against the Rams and won that game. Against the Eagles, their D produced 4 TOs...and won that game too. As many have said, Brady is the GOAT because he is has been able to keep his job with BB for so long. Without Darth...
Holy shit, that's bad and I've fucked some crazy so I guess I'm damn lucky. My brother's wife stabbed him with a kitchen knife while they were drunk brawling one night. He almost died but went right back 6 months later. She spent almost a year in jail over it(just 9 fucking months). They used...
Puts in witty zinger...hits post repl...damn it to hell gshurik! You don't know me....WTH.
I'll also add there is a ton of experience here so the knowledge base makes it hard to counter. I've had multiple stances changed here...because I was young, wrong, or things changed. Not necessarily all...
I agree with above. I've seen some women do solid damage since many like to claw at the face. That's auto concussion protocol but what are the thoughts about a woman spitting in your face? It's considered battery so definitely already a crime.
Maybe my nose just isn't sensitive enough but I rarely smell it past getting ready for my day or at most about a half hour. I want to at least smell like a $5 whore if I'm going to make the effort to clean up.
They did but as you mention, he fell into their lap. Minkah this year was another fell into your lap pick. They've had a few very good picks over the years but they usually let them go because of bad FA contracts that limit their money. Looking at Miami's talent pool, you wonder how in the hell...
It's there. Just look for one of the dragons you never wanted(Nozdormu, Temporus) and you'll see it sitting there.
It's really amazing how much better Arena is than this. MtG probably never would have had competition if they could have built a decent online game for the 15 or so years Blizzard...
They just can't develop, draft, or keep good players. Their FO is and has been dysfunctional for years. They've drafted more OL in the first 3 rounds, since 2011, than any other team in the league. It's rather pathetic. They had to overpay for a great OG this year just to keep it functional and...
I've loved the pine tar but getting the variety pack next time. Since I got the 6 pack of pine tar, that's going to take a while. The scent does not last though. Short term benefit.
Yeah, that sounded like a disaster. What worthwhile 25 yr old still needs permission for anything today? She obviously didn't need for the kid-making and lack of condom use. Brad, you may have to start looking for women outside of the local Mennonite watering hole....
I've really enjoyed my short time playing. Was given a Gruul based Dino deck on my second day and after a few upgrades, it works ok. It's a lot more fun than the basic single colored decks they provided Day 1. Now, on to Day 3 but I have a lot less time during the week. Will probably do a few...
At least with Marino, the team always started fast and faded as the year got colder. The teams since 2004 have been bad...almost all year. Honestly, much like a few other terrible teams, they find ways to lose. That kind of creativity gets old...especially almost 20 years of it. Watching Miami...
It's hard to start from scratch again but put together a few wins to get this party started.
@ronne thx for the in depth post about draft and sealed. Just getting back and it's at least good to know what is winning the most right now.
Bullshit. Patrick Rothfuss - Interviews Guy was an undergrad for 9 years because he didn't know what he wanted to do. Guy spent at least 10 years writing his first book, which was very good. http://www.lightspeedmagazine.com/nonfiction/interview-patrick-rothfuss/ If you believe this, he's slow...
