Petrified Screams take a lot of the edge off the gem issue now. Up to lvl 125 starting out and you can continue to go up from there. The bottleneck for me has started to become the colored gems to use with the recipe.

Bought the first one. Loved it. Found out about the second one, passed on it for exactly that reason.
