GTA6 also "suffers" from having a limited window of creativity. For the most part, GTA6 can only reproduce a google streetview of Miami. CyberPunk 2077 and really, most games, can take a creative flair and increase the drama of the scene.
Resolution and framerates are setting a tough pace to match. And higher resolutions are becoming more important every year for gamers with TV and monitor sizes getting bigger. VR is the toughest market, where stability is so essential.
This monstrosity (or one with a similar size) would be...
I never heard about Cluely | AI Meeting Assistant, Sales AI, Note Taker, & Live Transcripts , that's funny. I work in software dev and notoriously hate meetings, especially virtual meetings, partially because "corporate meeting vultures" who serve no real purpose but attend meetings all day...
It's funny that ChatGPT still loves putting emdashes -- everywhere. Where did that love for emdashes come from? Nobody uses it, the training data can't have it unless they've overvalued some repository.
I think it's more accurate to say you get 90% of the stuff you care about with royalty/biotech. It's mostly the new events, items and progression that matters. Stuff like the world gen is kinda meh.
I'm almost done with Act 1. I'm playing on the second hardest difficulty and my bladedancer main and Kibella continue to be absolute monsters compared to everyone else. I'm sure the others will come into their own but the ability to use Death From Above multiple times per turn and Blade Dancer...
I didn't know there was a second ettin out there and they have four arms, nice.
Apparently they have the same deal as Abby and Brittnay Hensel, one is married and the other is asexual or something.
Yeah and if i bought a house out in the texan prairie and twenty years later some assholes started ruining it with buttcoin mining I'd ask my nephew to work the chatpgt on the internet machine or whatever to list all the maladies it could cause and I'd swear i was experiencing them all
Yeah I wonder what the odds that they will rezone or change the noise regulations. I also wouldn't be surprised if the residential area got rezoned or something and these people were too obstinate to take the buyout to move. I also wonder what they'd need to do to block the sound significantly...
Crazy to see industrial strength bitcoin miners in the middle of a Texas neighborhood.

I wonder what the calculus is around having it in Dallas and not using solar in any way.
I never used one but I know my mega colony basically ended up being an infinite cycle of colonists making, using and upgrading armor. I can't remember if I used a mod to make them automatically upgrade armor or not. But if there was a decent repair armor mod I'd use it if I played again.
I just did the mid-flight mini-quest to quell the unrest in the lower parts of the ship. In most RPGs with these types with three options of "retarded lenient" vs "retarded strict" vs "sensible middle ground" the sensible middle ground is the obvious choice and always yields the best rewards...
agree completely but I see articles like this as the punchline to a long build up created by theoritical physicists and mathematics. People who read threads like this are constantly seeing shitty science articles overstating the confidence of theoretical models that state dumb bullshit, it's...
Interesting, there is a book released in the game's universe.
Exodus: The Archimedes Engine: Hamilton, Peter F.: 9780593357682: Amazon.com: Books Audible
along with a table top game...
Best thing to do is not increase your number of colonists too quickly (your colonist count relative to your base and tech level are great) and not worry about the wealth mechanic. The only time it's worth worrying about is when you're playing on super hard mode or a difficult starting condition...
Yeah I wish they had a gameplay mode where raid sizes were based on calendar time rather than colony wealth. I would still recommend colony wealth for new players but calendar driven raid sizes would increase replayability.
Haha I try not to look at people's final bases when learning a new game like this. It's demotivating and it's more fun to learn good base design from your own experiences than to observe it in other bases. There are a lot of details that go into base design, and a good player like yourself will...
Nothign like boomrats and boomalopes in this game.
I have this t shirt.

Looking good, bro! Up to you how you want to clothe people. Steam generators are A++++, you'll want to wall them off because raiders will blow them up. Just don't put a roof over them, they will overheat.
Double them too.
Be careful about random advice people like me give. Rimworld is all about timing. If you prioritize doubling your walls with stone, you might not prioritize food enough and your colony will starve before you even get to raiders that will break your single-layer wall. If you...
One of the many things I love about WH40k is how expansive the lore is, to the point where I imagine was an enormous effort to align to the lore that Owlcat and Games Workshop took, but there are just so many parts it's hard to keep it straight.
As a non-expert this detail was interesting to...
Started the game, got to the first fanatic vs heresy vs iconoclast decision point
i hate all these profile pics. I'm thinking of AI generating my own, lol. I'm playing as a jedi build. Not sure if i want to do light or sith.
It's funny watching the melee companion eviscerate streams of mobs...
Mobile chicken coops are nothing new, but this one is pretty cool. Would be great to see it commoditized and be profitable.
I wonder how well it works on grazing fields with cows.
The mobile fisheries are cool too.
