My fave was that old altarac valley hammer the unstoppable force I believe it was called that procced a large stun effect and was really slow so its WF hits were crazy when jousting with people in PVP. That thing was love BONK BONK BONK.
Seems like the stables is probably one of the best of the large buildings but my main at the moment is a druid and so I rarely am mounted. Probably do that on my warrior.
The tyrannids sort of makes senese. Once they devour everything they can find in one galaxy the big hive masses just launch themselves at another one and go sleepy time. They are a pretty self contained ecosystem as is and have no pressing needs/desires other than hunger so are pretty content to...
That sorta makes me scratch my head as well. The war mill seems most useful as something you would put down very early to get better quest gear upgrades but in practice its not going to likely be built until your garrison is rank 3 so you are already pretty much maxed level by the time it happens.
I liked snowpiercer but a lot of it depends if you can not just suspend your disbelief but hang it from the gallows and just accept the wacky premise of the film and just go with it. If you can't its going to bother you the entire film.
Hehe pretty much this you get some buckets and fill them up carry them to bath tub and fill that up and let it drain out as you burrow your way out enough that you can start throwing the snow outside.
One of the funny things is the total overabundance of ore. I have two people with level 2 mines and I simply cannot use the crap fast enough even with double tradeskills engineering/blacksmithing. There are almost zero level up patterns worth any skill ups so you are mostly stuck doing your...
If I had things to do over I probably would have held off upgrading my barracks to rank 2. The body guard thing is cute but not necessary and I think getting the garrison to rank 3 is probably an overall better use for that thousand GR early on to maximize the buildings you have up and active.
I have one of those guys but he kinda makes me sad. He is green so has almost no other skills so he gets sucky mission completion rates but the boost of GR makes me keep throwing him at the wall and when he fails its really sad.
Actually it appears there was an issue where if a mission was three levels higher than a follower they got zero xp from it even if they succeeded. They apparently fixed that but its fixed in that if a mission is three + levels higher that follower gets 10% of the xp listed. I am almost 100 and I...
On eonar which is not a super low pop server it really only hit bad thursday night. There were some minor queues friday but that was on the order of 10 minutes or so which is not bad for a launch weekend so a 5 day free time is more than sufficient for my one night of blood pressure raising lag.
I think for the next patch or hotfix I would like if they can do it to make the missions you are offered based on the average level of your followers not the maximum level and that should offer a good variety of choices and still allow you to level up a lot of your guys normally.
I think one main problem with the follower system now is it seems to base the missions off the level of your highest follower. So if you pick up a higher level follower from a zone while questing your older followers now get mission starved as people level way faster than you can possibly level...
I unlocked two guys who had something like that but it was I think cut mission time by 35%. The more I can get like that the better though so keeping my eyes out for that guy when I get to nagrand later tonight/tomorrow.
It is finicky I actually have semi good luck tanking them on the trap and then just circle strafing them in place and you will hear the trap click a few times but eventually it fires and grabs them.
Honestly compared to the shit we have fought up to this point the orks seem to represent as much of a threat as they probably should aka not that much of one. Seriously after old gods/elder titans/titanic dragons/lich kings bands of normal orks really don't seem that scary. I am guessing whats...
I have been running a ton of missions and still on pace for having what I need to unlock garrison level 3 when I am ready for that. One thing to note is when you are out in the field kill rares if you see one. Almost all of them drop at least some garrison resources so most are worth one or two...
One thing to note is your followers still get XP even if they fail so while it may get tougher for a bit even a failed higher level quest winds up being pretty rewarding for them xp wise which seems to get them up to snuff pretty quickly. And once you get the salvage yard unlocked then you can...
Well to be fair alfred kinda is batman or at least a batman.
Batman
noun, plural batmen. (in the British army)
1.
a soldier assigned to an officer as a servant.
Given how bad the servers crapped themselves yesterday I have no doubt they are throttling the queues a lot to try to keep the servers playable tonight and if it means big long waits they are probably willing to risk that rather than what the servers were doing last night.
I could see that since the dwarven bunker gives upgraded chances to get upgraded loot during questing which could be nice to gear up while leveling but removing the barracks removes patrol missions from the follower mission chart which tend to be really good XP boosts and pretty easy for your...
The nice thing about wow is it was designed to run on a pretty low horsepower computer when it was released and still will run on pretty much anything with even a half assed video card these days. It is one reason it keeps its sub numbers so high because it simply can run on that many systems.
One reason to also focus on a trade post for your main is once you get it to I think rank 2 you get a quest giver that you can gain rep with. It unlocks a lot of good stuff including a 20% account wide boost to reputation gain speed. That is one of the best bang for the buck upgrades especially...
I was originally a bit worried the trapping would be bad but I trapped like 20 things yesterday without any problems so I have a nice stock pile for barn work orders. If you are a tailor or leatherworker I strongly recommend the barn to supplement your resources as well.
I was thinking of taking today off but after the cluster fuck of last night I thought to myself the odds of them doing some serious patching/maintenance in the morning borders on 100% so I chose to go into work.
The ironic thing is they did a lot of what they did in lich king but it seems to not have helped probably due to the garrison server bottleneck. The tannan jungle starting quests seems to be heavily instanced I saw very few people when doing it but as soon as you get out you see the true hordes...
The garrison instance servers were squealing in pain and or on fire last night. I would recommend just giving it another try tonight and hope blizz has their shit together this time.
At least on your main a barn is going to be pretty necessary unless somebody finds an alternative way to get savage blood for the item upgrades as they are needed to boost the quality of your crafted purples to them up to snuff asap for raiding once that gets turned on.
I am sort of torn on this but its not bothering me to much. I like doing some dungeons now and then to break up the leveling pace a bit and in some ways its nice that unlike pandaria doing a couple dungeons mean you wind up having to skip a zone to get back up to something your level range...
I have been enjoying the questing quite a bit and the garrison is pretty nifty well at least before the servers started to shit themselves as it went into prime time last night. Got my main up to almost 93 and really enjoying the questing so far. I have to say the shadowmoon valley is stupidly...
Interesting apparently for going to the 2014 soe live I got access to both the new expansions for eq1 and eq2. May wind up having to install eq2 again just to take a look at the game been years since I last logged into it.
HAHA I am kinda in the same boat. I am pretty sure I am going to first level my druid but I also want to do my warrior and shaman. My warrior has been my main through every expansion to date but the change to arms which is my normal leveling spec really does not amuse me so probably go druid...
Yes the alchemy seems one of the least useful of those buildings for those who are not of that profession due to that. Still nice for what consumables it does make though.
That is an intersting point about the cost of the lumber mill I am somewhat torn on what I want for my second medium I know I want a barn because my main is a skinner/leatherworker but for the second I am torn between inn/trading post/lumber mill. I kinda want to do the trading post first to get...
Yes panda monks are crazy. You get the normal panda reseted boost and then you get the daily huge monk buff and you also get a version of it every 10 levels. When leveling to 60 I basically had the monk xp buff going for my total play sessions which makes chain running dungeons stupidly good XP...
To give an idea of leveling speed I was playing a monk tank so I could queue tank in dungeons I was getting 11 levels per play session which was around 2-3 hours.
