So what's the few easy things to farm to make some cast - zone/items? I don't want a shit ton but need some gold to keep alive and buy up / level up heirlooms. Keep in mind - I haven't played/farmed shit in 3 years.

They don't lock the level of the chests - it happens upon opening.

Yeah - each stage is about the same as 4 quests.

If you are going to roll one - now would be the time since "Tanks" are desired when in a leveling surge. You'll be fine tanking anything classic and even good in raids. Kunark hits and things change a bit (SKs pull ahead and Warriors mitigate better) except you still do fine in regular...

Basically the words/runes/etc stuff is gone and you have "hides" + a component to create spells. Hides removes the needing p142 and 134 type of bs. Hides drop off just about everything so you farm them and buy... other comps like giant toes etc are usually farmed and you end up paying for them...

This is the route I took on rage and lock... loved it. This is the best time to do it as the lower end pop will be plentiful. I still haven't done much of King Xorb, HH/k, Mistmoor, or Perma. I hit everything else pretty good. That said, screw kedge.

So, what's the point of perma locking out people from content that is already trivial / beaten by a guild?

Any classes specialization seemingly needed? I saw the primary characters included a decker and rigger... Usually I roll a toon that does both. Was going to try an Adept this time around but have a hard time passing up the awesomeness of matrix fun/social specializations.
