I resub'd but didn't purchase WoD yet. I was planning on going through MoP on my main 85, then buying WoD once I hit 90... provided i'm still interested etc. Is there any drawback to not having WoD while going from 85-90 on MoP content?

In eq2 (and many other games), you could lose connection and still remain in the world for a little while. Use to have a quick disconnect setup, run past a shit ton of mobs, then reconnect... avoiding tons of trash etc.

This is literally the only game I have never uninstalled on my machine once I take a break. I just know I go back every so often, get a wrangle, cast my Grid Armor, and kite the shit out of stuff 50 levels higher, than I am, on my Fixer. While dated, its still a massively awesome world.

I personally loved Medic in PVP. Healing in the thick of things was great fun. Since everyone is pretty mobile in BGs, melee end up being kited a lot and its hard to get good damage output. No real exp in Warplots or 2v2.

Anyone have thoughts on if Stalker or Warrior will a better tank option in raids?

Its not a lot of "staying power" content. The raid scene is getting bleak and a few extra encounters isn't going to make a huge difference that you can clear content in 4hrs a week. The game did keep me around for longer than most games today but now its probably back to WoW.

Weird - I loved Egypt... the zone I mostly hated was Blue Mountain. Maybe I just don't like that kind of lore but man... I couldn't get out fast enough. Its free and you can play at least up to the Haunted House - great story line.
