Shadowbane had nice player-made factions. You could roll up different guilds into one faction and fight together. Just it turns out most servers would get dominated by one faction and then the game would be over. That's how it was on Treachery with us leading the charge =\

Doubt it. If they get a developer who gets a stick up his ass about developing a baller randomized dungeon you might see some cool dungeon/cave PvP, but it won't be that interesting. PRobably very little of the world will be anything unique like unrest, PoM etc.
