I watched this for a second time and felt noticeably more positive about it the second time. I was all in on the overhype train the first time, mostly my own fault. I enjoyed the back half much more than the first time through. The first half I find almost impossible to dislike.

And in the first 5 minutes, they've tied Clone Wars, Rebels, and Bad Batch together in a huge way. Fucking awesome. I expected the one cameo, but not the other.

Totally awesome episode. Opened up a whole bunch of potential with what Omega actually is and the way they are tying all of the established eras together is pretty incredible. I did not expect this much from this series.

Wildcard of this ep is the Ion engine wrecking Crosshair. I do wonder where that is going. Pretty sure we are going to get the out of this. This series could continue to deliver more than we expected.

Was not expecting that appearance, that was a tense episode. Loved the first person view through Hunter's helmet at the end, they have done some incredible things with the animation in almost every episode so far.

Worth noting that reports are K2 won't be in this as it stands. They haven't confirmed if it will be multiple seasons, but it seems they could pull that off as there will be a few year gap between this and Rebels era. Another chance for Ahsoka to pop up as Fulcrum as well.
