Looks like they are opening more hardcore pvp servers. You can loot more than the person’s junk on them and you do full damage (although they are keeping level scaling). One part people don’t like, though, is you can bring your existing characters there to pvp.

I do agree the leveling flow is clunky. There is sort of this deadzone between the high 20s and mid-40s where there are only a few world mobs you can realistically get the spells from /w help (basically the mid-40s/50s shit in Mor Dhona and N.Thanalan) and everything else is level gated behind...
