Now, I don't know much about Magic, since I haven't played in over a decade. But to me it looks like a direct copy. They just haven't really shown a lot of counters and other crap that is typically in a Magic game from what I gather. Also, I'm now up to the GK level.

Neverwinter, Wildstar, HEX, FFXIV, WOW threads, just off the top of my head, are almost all positive. Not even counting the EQ threads. Also the GW2 used to be mostly positive until after it fell off the radar.

I think I've been pretty consistent. The only bandwagon I'm on right now is HEX and Wildstar, both because the developers are pretty open with what they are doing.

PVP cards can be used in PVE. PVE cards can not be used in PVP Equipment can not be used in PVP unless it's a special odd tournament. PVP and PVE cards can use gems.

DDO has much more depth behind it versus NWN. But NWN is 100% more accessible than DDO from what I remember. But I've heard DDO loosened up their leveling process. I remember hitting a brick wall at level 13/14 and I had to group to progress.

GWF is boring, to me, because it's all visual. It's essentially just two aoe attacks and the encounters are just different variations of swinging your sword for damage. They're probably awesome at 60 geared out, but they are a one trick pony to me.
