I'd instead describe it as there being a high concentration of autism in the speed running community and people with a social deficit are particularly vulnerable to being groomed by trans predators. They may fucking disgust me now but the alphabet freaks that comprise GDQ today were mostly just innocent spergs who obsessed over video games.

These lesbians were playing Split Fiction last night and I'm pretty sure 3 of the 4 were actually dudes who became women, because if you like women why not become a woman and then continue to like women, and become a lesbian... makes complete sense... anyways I digress. What really lost me was how the one, who I think was the only actual woman, said that she's a woman of color, and that Mio is a woman of color, and that Mio gets turned into an animal in all of the side stories, and game designers denigrate people of color because they are always turned into animals in all games, and that they need to do better.

Hasnt their donation totals gone in the shitter in the last few years when they went full tranny?

I feel before covid they were raising 3.5mil or so and last few years just over 2mil.

Yeah, I have been watching Oatsngoats Super Metroid videos on YT and there was one from 2020 where he was the finale and they hit 3 mil while he was running it. That was in 2020 and it looked normal-ish there.

Then he had a super difficult run in 2022 where he was masked up and they had pronouns by name for everyone, and the goal was 3mil.

It warms my heart to hear that their donations are going down and I cannot wait until they stop even breaking 7 figures. Maybe then someone can come along with some new event that doesn't cater to mentally ill autists.

I remember hearing about this years ago thinking it sounded fun. Who doesnt like watching a guy crush Super Mario 3 without dying in like 12 minutes.

Little did I know that its literally just troons glitching through walls.

I literally dont know how people find these bugs and why they think its a skill.

I want to make a counter event that is just me, blackout drunk doing a 13 hour Velks IC camp as a bard pulling while I yell transphobic slurs and donate all money raised to that Daily wire dork who tells troons to their face that they are still men.

When it was games we grew up with or games we played recently speedruns could be interesting, but in the last decade it has become a sea of titles spread across all categories. Most we haven't played and aren't memorable, let alone defining for a generation. If the randomizer for an older game is more entertaining than what they sell now it's hard to bring in the viewers and disposable income to spend on charities is no longer there when RAM costs $1000+

I wouldn't say $2M is in the shitter, but yeah pretty much.

I don't give a shit about trannies but hearing "TRANS RIGHTS" in every goddamn fucking donation makes me not really want to watch this with my kids like I used to.

The viewership on Twitch as tanked. Pre covid I recall it having 80-100k viewers through the week. Now it seems stuck around 40k.
