Yeah Walmart is basically giving you a bundle with a game of your choosing now. I got Diablo III with mine so I think that is a better deal than a system with two games I have no interest in and thus being forced to buy a game anyway. As far as abandoning the Vita, while I agree with your sentiment, I do think it's kind of silly on Sony's part. I mean remote play and how it works makes it what the WiiU pad should have been. I have every intention of picking one up after Christmas so I can game on my PS4 while on the couch with the wife who is watching her soaps.

if you really want a vita, sony is releasing the standalone (white I think) slim version for $199 on dec 12th (or around that date). Its currently $199 for the same model with Borderlands 2 and a 8gb card, so you get more for the same price right now.

maybe retailers will clearance out the Bl2 bundle or discount the new one, hard to say how it'll go since no one really seems to care about the vita anymore. I wouldn't be surprised to see best buy clearance it out in early January to make room for other stuff.

Some more Live deals. Might snag Spider-Man finally. Already have UFC or I'd get that too. Was a decent game IMO at launch and has had some of the best post-launch support of any sports game ever. People very happy with a lot of the changes and say it's improved the game greatly.

I have always done in store Black Friday deals. I have to work first thing Friday morning (3am) and I'm busy all day Thurs. How do the online Black Friday deals work? Are there usually a limited amount or am I good as long as I order on Friday?

there is a limited supply and most/all retailers will actually put up their online shit on THURSDAY the 27th not friday. if you wait till friday you probably won't get shit except sloppy seconds like just dance. that said none of the deals are really amazing and almost all are for older games, dunno if you are looking for an actual console or just games and what platform

oh you should have no problem with that bundle, pick it up thursday night or friday at Best Buy, Target, or Walmart for $399 - no one is really running a special or extra discount on it. Walmart.com will sell it for $449 with 2 additional games, but I doubt the extra $50 for 2 games will be worth it probably get em cheaper elsewhere.

but yeah that and the xbox one AC5 bundle should be in stock everywhere and easy to get, don't have to stand in line and be first in store or anything like that. will also be on amazon, best buy, target, newegg, etc online if you don't even wanna bother going out and just wait for delivery.

BJs doesn't have the list price for the AC5 XBone bundle listed on the website yet, but the circular for members just came around quoting an extra $50 off as a coupon, which assuming they're doing the new MSRP before that should be $300, right?

Target had them for 14.95. I went to ask EBgames how much they give in trade in and when I returned they were sold out =( (20 min later) I figured it was a price mistake but was going to buy many of them for that price.
