They don't really give a lot for me unless they're the upgraded ones, almost a joke even at like level 12 minis? Is that different for other people? It's like 50 xp out of 6500 ain't no one got time for that anyway.

That is what the game is like. It is very slow to level up by design so you play for a long time.

The current arclight with the faster respawning chest and gold mines is impossible for me. Since the NPC starts controlling the map its impossible to keep up with them due to how much gold they get. Anyone having any luck?


*edit* Switched to almost all unbound and dark iron minors with Maeve as the leader and this missions became insanely easy now. Just lock down all the mining and gold asap and and flood the map with units.

Lose like 5-10 quests in a row on purpose while afking and the quests will bump down to what appears to be -4 levels max for easy quest smashing.

I only log in every few hours to do rare or epic quests. I ignore the uncommon quests and they reset every 30 minutes eventually and often landing on a rare or epic that sticks for 12+ hours. Clear it out fast and wait for the next one

I think this game is going to die.

Daily rewards are there but relatively meaningless. Content release pace is glacial. Limited gameplay types.

While I appreciate that this game isn't every pure form of microcasino, I don't think it's currently very apparent to the players what's going on. There's no news in game, constant events every week, balance changes, etc.

I guess if there's a silver lining this stands a chance as a "not quite as exploitative" game under the MS umbrella, where clearly it wouldn't have under Bobby.

I ended up deleting the app. The grind is just so slow as you get up in levels and it hardly felt like I was accomplishing anything. Stopped enjoying it as I felt like I was hardly making any progress.

Yea the content in this game is really shallow. I appreciate them not using every retarded mobile gacha or login trick, but the counterpoint to that is that you have to provide any thing for people to voluntarily want to login for... and they forgot that part I guess?

Check it out and get as far as beating Onyxia. A lot of free to play games you can finish the story stuff usually. But this game really slows to a crawl with very little feeling of progression. Exp is slow and you need gold to buy duplicates of characters to upgrade them. Gold is very limited unless you spend money.

For my some added annoyance playing this while falling asleep. Levels ive beat have bugged out twice where i get victory and continue, and then makes me re-do.


Is the pvp aids?

So there has been a massive bug going on for over 10 hours. Seems you could keep doing an arclight surge over and over. Log out and back in, claiming all the gold, rinse repeat.

Wish I could help but I'm st8 scumming it in my long time guild. Just a follower. A worker bee diligently grinding it out for the long haul. We will see where this road takes us, eh?

Ended up dropping this, progression feels terrible.
