Looks like it happened 20 minutes ago (around 2:50pm? EST), near the finish line. Reports of injuries / people lost limbs etc.. Near Boylston and Exeter streets.

2 blasts, one from the Lenox hotel another from a different location. 15 seconds or so a part.
