This! I've never understood cereal as a breakfast food. Whenever I've tried to eat a big bowl of cereal for breakfast I'm always hungry one or two hours afterwards. Give me a slice of good bread (not that shit the sell in supermarkets) with butter, a slice of Italian salami, Cheddar cheese and some Tabasco and I'm good to go til lunch time.

I do, however, eat cereal sometimes after dinner as a desert or snack.
