paper mario/sea of stars. I like timing mechanics in turn based games. but not like this.
those are timing for bonuses, and the game wants you to suceed.
this game is time it, or die. and then the game intentionally has pauses, delays, attacks that do 1, 2 or 3 in succession. which you have to wrote memorize the tells after dieing 10 times to it first. its not fun. and kills the pacing/storytelling as you retry every boss 20 times. so unless thats going to be a plot point. shit is retarded.
map design seems to have serous problems with: left or right? which is loot, which is progression. and the constant backtracking as you decide which is which.
