I'm curious if anyone has looked into (or a_skeleton_03 has any input on this) whether there's anything preventing us from hosting that information by scraping it off the site? Is that content somehow now "owned" by MMORPG.com, or is the content public domain?

If there is something preventing that, I see no reason not to burn it to the ground right now.

Yeah, not just nuke it, they'd probably need to keep it dead for at least a few months before re-hosting anything just to be safe.
