If you're trans you might find this game MEH

I can’t deny that Night City wowed me with its scale, its verticality, and its sense of history. But I wish I could see people like me on its streets as something more than objects.

First impressions and Skillup and some others are the only worthwhile "reviews"

Some nice characters and stories nested in an astounding open world, undercut by jarring bugs at every turn.

Oh boy. Its going to be a Fallout release day experience!

Sounds like waiting a few months is the way to go Tuco Tuco . Should be patched up and playable by then!

Twist, the story finale reveals that all the bugs and glitches were intentional and meant to show you that your character was trapped in a simulation the entire time.

IGN guy finished main story in 20 hours, that’s kind of short.

He said he then replayed and took 45 hours and the side stuff completely changed his ending which is pretty interesting.

Apparently almost everything you do has an effect down the line.

Not surprising. Would be kind of a shitty RPG if side content was 100% meaningless.

witcher 3 was similar in length if you ignored all the side stuff. i read an article that talked about CDPR specifically shortened the length of the main story for cyberpunk because the VAAAAST majority of players never finished witcher 3. so they added more side stuff but shortened the main story

I can't wait for everyone's NSFW character creation screenshots
Nah, that's too vanilla for me.

You're getting some primo production photo mode shootouts with a swinging dick tho.

TL;DW:
• Main story ~25hr, completionist could get 60 maybe?
• Buggy as fuck, wait to see if day 1 patches fix majority before buying.
• Performance issues. Guy talks about 60fps at 1440p on his 3080 like it's a good thing. That said, review copies have Denuvo DRM which is known to have perf issues.

Wasn't there a Dev that said he had 175 hours and hadn't finished the main story yet? I'm assuming there is a lot of content for completionists.
