Judge decides Oct 3 or soon after if defense motion to force arbitration happens. If it does then thats good for THJ, if not the judge could decide to force a preliminary injunction that Daybreak asked for which will shut THJ down while to go through a trial if im reading the court docket correctly.

Which would be odd since the EULA they're saying should force arbitration specifically says what they're being sued for will not be handled by arbitration. Not really sure what they're hoping to accomplish with this

My guess THJ is trying to force them into arbitration to keep the lawyer fees low. But I think either way THJ is fucked.
