I run my Mamba at full 6400dpi, zero acceleration, exactly as it is in my screenshot. I could handle a little more, but not less. DPI also functions differently depending on the sensor, but you said you had the Deathadder, so it should be very similar. Most folks avoid using my system because the sensitivity is way too high - it's something you get used to, but is a lot more comfortable on the wrist (for me).

I play pretty low DPI mid sens, I think I wrote about it before but I have it setup so 12 inches of movement is a 360 in overwatch

No pricing, specs, webpage, etc. so I'm assuming it'll be 25k+

They also teased a new PC, I'm assuming it's meant to go with the Thronos and cost a disgusting amount of cash.

I mostly just use the front 6, I can use the other 6 but it is a bit of a pain.
This is the same reason I gvae up my corsair scimitar. Could only comfortably use some of the buttons. Hex is perfect because all 7 thumb buttons are easy to reach.

They took it down...damn. 25%-50% increase over 1080ti.

Here you go. That's a hella damn jump if true!

Numbers look good. The price increase still kills it for me though. I'll be waiting for the next gen to get better >100hz 4k coverage, and hopefully a more fleshed out raytracing and the other new bells and whistles

Really makes me want to see the 2070 numbers if those charts are accurate. I had been hoping to grab a 2080 this cycle, but once they announced pricing, the 2070 is more in line with my budget. I had been considering just grabbing a 1080 Ti.

The AIB partners are having the leftover 1000 series stock forced on them so we'll likely see some really good deals on them come black friday as they all try to purge stocks. Not to mention people selling their used 1080ti's as they upgrade. Hopefully the benchmarks will be out by then. Might be able to get a good deal

25-50% increase for double the price.. I don't have a 4k monitor so I wonder if I'm better off buying a 2+ year old video card at this point.

That's my current thinking. Might be better to get a good deal on a 1080 Ti and wait until the next generation comes out. It's going to be a while before the ray tracing and DLSS becomes widespread and used well, if at all.

Only double the price if you're talking Founders Edition Preorder prices. It's actually less than 50% more, since the stock AIB partner 2080tis are going to be $899 now apparently.
