If I'm not using this immediately, say until Feb of next year, is it worth getting one of the M.2 or mSATA variations in anticipation of new mobo that supports one of the interfaces?

Nah, doesn't matter whatsoever, but stay away from AMD processors for gaming right now (unless you're doing a severely cheap, budget build)

But both Nvidia and AMD make great video cards, you really can't go wrong chosing one over the other at this point.

And all that being said, every single piece of advice there could change drastically once DX12 is out and being widely used.

Such a shame that the cost of getting any of this stuff into Europe immediately makes useless any kind of deal benefit you get. I'm hoping Amazon and other big retailers get some decent deals going for us Euro's this time, but I don't usually see anything approaching what companies like Newegg do in the states.

Is there any reason you wouldn't go Skylake with an i5 6500/6600? Wasn't sure if you picked that mobo / processor for a reason. It'd def impact your mobo and ram, maybe those knock the price up a bit too much.
