This has been reposted everywhere and they're fake. The changes to Mass Serpent Ward, Flak Cannon, and Degen Aura are uncodable.

I like quite a few of the changes listed, trust me.

Just wish they'd do another multi-hero patch with some of those buffs to lesser played heroes.

One thing in there that tells me shit is fake is that buff to exorcism to DP. Yeah right.

I like it, nerf to trilanes and buff to offlaners should shake up the meta

Holy shit the game just changed ridiculously.

Notes were posted by a dev, and reposted by Icefrog.

Early game just got a fuck ton more interesting with the removal of trilanes and the nerf to jungling.

Nerfs to some heroes seem unnecessary. Warlock/QoP for example. (although i guess Warlocks win rate is kinda ridiculous). Huskar got off easy. SB not so much.

Huskar got off easy? WUT? He was fucking nerfed in to the ground.

Agility reduced from 20 + 2.4 to 15 + 1.4

and removed his orb walk via ghost scepter.

Edit: Also doom removing berserk's blood means he'll get counter-picked so easily.

Some of these changes are nuts:
5s cd on spellsteal for agh's rubick.
Zero cooldown on skywrath ult with Agh's.
Spectre can cast reality over and over between illusions while ult is active.
No bloodseeker movespeed cap when thirsted, and thirsts from multiple heroes stack.
Alch bonus hp from ult removed (but regen buffed)
No more orb walking

Wow crazy stuff...I have some concerns though
1. Some off laners might be too good now
2. Where are supports going to get exp now? The pull camp being worth a lot less is a huge hit + plus having to worry about the off laners leaching exp from pulls. Seems like weaver and BH will get away with too much unless the already starved supports spend a lot of gold to counter it.
Will 2/1/2 be viable now? Either that or we see the comeback of the roaming support(s) and/or a jungler every game...except there were some exp nerfs for neutrals

Some lulz are a nearly impossible to counter Brood offlane and getting 1300+ gold for ending a godlike.

Hats off to Icefrog for really nailing what is wrong with the game - the fact that competitive matches essentially ignore one lane. After fixing the drafts last year, this is was a giant issue, with the whack a mole at the start to limit how much gold and xp people can squeeze out of the jungle. I'd say that blocking pulls was almost more important than a first blood. Most of the hero changes seem almost forgettable, the only one that really surprised me was no major Furion change and Alchemist ulti nerf. The Bloodseeker rework is insane though.

2/1/2 will definitely be viable, Navi even ran it in some Starladder games, but was a bit more draft sensitive until now. 2/1/1/1 is also still there and aggressive trilanes won't die just yet.

are the changes to jungleing experience only or is there gold nerf in there as well? Also what nerf to qop? Im just seeing a mana cost reduction? also is it just me or putting Skywrath ult or rubick gettings aghs version if he has one a bit unbalanced? finally how long is it going to take to implement this patch?

also I didnt think alchemist was a nerf but more of a side grade? yes you don't get additional HP you gain a lot more regen though

- Darkness causes enemy vision to be reduced by 25% (affects heroes, creeps and wards)
Think about a team fight lineup with NS + Aghanim's + smoke
WTF are you going to do...not leave your base while his ult is up?!
