I'm just less pessimistic about it.

I give it about 3 years before these kids get jobs. Then it'll be about 3 more to grow a new batch. And then it'll be something EVEN STUPIDER.

But hopefully by then we'll all be demented.

Maybe an argument could be made for such a culture existing within certain social groups (frats, prisons), but the term 'rape culture' suggests it is a broader problem than it actually is. There is no 'rape culture' that exists on a societal level in North America. Stop.
