This is just incorrect. You can keep talking like you guys know something, but you're just wrong. The case that 'a small percent of people do M+/raiding' just reinforces that a disproportionate amount of dev resources then go to a minority. To any reasonable person, the outsized developer attention to a minority community would be interpreted as 'catering' to that population. Casuals provide a sub and exist in the game world, but they are not the target demo of continued seasonal content, balance passes, etc. All of the casual content is added and abandoned. Are you seriously going to go through the patch notes of a WoW patch and claim that 99% of the attention is on casual content?
So why do I want to hear your shitty opinion on things if you're just a fairweather player? Again, you guys chose to come to a board made famous by a bunch of shitlord end-game raiders and their sycophantic hanger-ons. It's like going to EJ and talking about tmog and being surprised you're banned. This has always been a raider focused community, just because you found kindred spirits in the 50+ year old republicucks outside of the mmo board doesn't mean we want to hear your tepid takes in this subforum.
