The discussion was about motes, but in classic retard form you morphed that into a broader claim when you were told they were no drop. Every single fucking everquest server has rmt, including your little baby that got dumpstered. And just to give you a little insight on how those markets work; the first week(s) are by far the most lucrative and with a server that has this accelerated of a pace, that window is even smaller.

You're correct on the change. You could always get the old ones back by deleting the new .edd and .eff files.

I haven't compared then side to side but I'm fairly certain they did a pass to enhance and fix the older particles for this client.

That late? I could have sworn the spell effects got a glow up around Velious. I remember us fighting the giants in the giant city and a wizard's spell had that meteor crashing down effect (I turned them off because they lagged the raid)

Just a FYI: I did some parsing and discovered that slows are mitigated on higher difficulties. Level 50 Togor's on D0 does 60%, which is the expected amount. On D2 it did about 55% and on D4 it did 50%. D0 Tagar's did 45%, D4 did 37.5%. I think this mitigation might have been in during beta but I'm not sure. I didn't make carefully prepared logs to check it then.
