translocators in all major hubs, couple more than what's offered in regular classic eq. also others can gather you their location, but the cd is pretty busted right now. Always worth asking in general before making the trek.

Sort of. Translocation between Butcherblock, Freeport, and Qeynos.

Just add a druid or wiz in your trio and level them till you get all their self ports and then drop them for whatever else you want. You get to keep the ports as rituals.
