decided to do the sky autism collection.. day 5, 2 quests left
both missing the same thing: sphinx claw
i have killed sister on every run. i’ve done enough runs to get every single other item. that’s 93 quests. i’m spending every instance charge, checking every difficulty. it must be over 150 sisters now… there was an achievement two days ago for killing 100 djinni
and i need not one, but two sphinx claws

Yes. A few people are using the cash shop for the Ornamentation. This allows you to make 1 ornamentation from an item (2h Torrid / FA in this case). They then slap that ornamentation on each 1h weapon, hence the dual 2h visual above.
The frustrating thing here (and most all iterations of EQ) is that 2h weapons are always behind dual weild 1h weapons. In the case of EQL, significantly behind.

Sure, Torrid Corruptor and Fiery Avenger have great stats, but .. as I've already pointed out, I can kill D4 in Befallen gear, so who cares? Stats are mostly meaningless (besides Dexterity for procs). I pump my Dex via other gear and simply want the best DPS weapons. All of the 2h weapon options are miles behind dual weild.

Went with a bard as third. Damn that AA that allows you to autoloop 3-4 songs at the same time feels super OP, was that a thing back in the day? Honestly can't remember, had the idea Bards had to do that crap manually.

Melody is still in with EQL, but this can run (5?) songs to tick constantly no matter what actions you take. These are strictly for group songs. Single target (dd / dot etc) wont work. You can have this running while you then melody or do whatever else you like.
The big downside to running a bard here is the fact it eats a ton of spell slots. If you want Symphony running 5 songs, you have to have them all loaded up in the last 5 gem slots. You're then left with whatever remains for your other classes spell needs.
