Hold up let me see if I understand this correctly.

The THJ devs were previous EQ devs and they made a version of EQ that was insanely popular so in response.

DBG sues THJ makes sure they can't ever work on EQ again, hire a dude with a record of good ideas but also a list of running those good ideas into the ground.

What the fuck thought process is that?

The THJ Devs weren't previously EQ Devs. But everything else in that is true. A few people that were EQ Devs played THJ, liked it and tried to use old contacts they had to get DBG to work with THJ on a project like this months before the lawsuit was filled. Daybreak ignore that and sued them.

Weird how I can go a dozen fights without a single Vamp Embrace proc.

idk THJ wasnt incredibly fun in classic or kunark... velious+ and pop were a lot more though... i think we're missing that end game custom boss they started doing, sleeper/seru/zeb all good ideas and got the hard core guys little more time... thj classic did have pohate 2.1 with inny 2.0 versus what they did here so again they had some type of harder boss

I can't really tell if you're similar to Slyas, in that you struggle with stats and charts, or you're just being a disingenuous piece of shit who's entire persona revolves around shitting on a game you've never played or will play.

The numbers you pulled and compared to the launch peak were the concurrent player count @ 7:00 AM on a Wednesday morning. If you actually scroll down and look at the week's peak versus launch it's down about 30% with 2 servers substantially dragging them down, but hey you were close as fuck with that 66% girl math claim. And I'll even let you in on some inside information, the retention will be even lower next week too. Almost as if that's how these things work on the regular.

Pretty god damn embarrassing this shit game pulls more players at the crack ass of dawn than thj ever managed at any point. I get it though, you're all in on this hate train and have consistently been right at every turn of this saga with bangers like these, so this pretty much falls in line with your mo.

Then say they violate our copyright in court and cause harm. They can't say you're allowed to Changed the serverhost.txt file on their public forums. Then say you can't change it in court. This ruins every part of their case besides trademark infringment. Daybreaks case will get tossed because of lack of evidence.
