Lol am I making a huge mistake waiting for the Onion Banner next week and maybe the Orlandeau Banner next month? I see you all pulling!
I have two CSBs (Tidus/Water and Shanttotto/Lightning) and hardly use them. Wind or Holy Chains would be amazing but I've already got Cloud USB/Orlandeau OSB which are the other prises on those banners.

Hmmm I don't see Orlandeau OSB on P5. Did you mean his BSB or Marshe USB ? Also Chris if you tried to sub-30 the Magicites you'd use them pretty often .

I saw a Reddit post saying Onion Banner doesn't drop til 1/30 (or maybe that's when it ends?) so I went from "just 50 mythril" to "until I get 1 decent relic" (instead, I ran out of blue).
I'm anticipating 150 mythril again for OK.

Hmm forgot there's a FF6 event first, there's only three events left translated so Onion is 3rd week of Jan at latest but probably 2nd week?
Had another look at the Holy/Dark banner and im liking it a lot more, I have very powerful physical holy and magical dark teams and those chains would be amazing on them. I also see Shadow BSB and I hear thats great and I have no proper phycial ninja SB.
If I need to wait another 2 weeks and I'm at nearly at 200 mithril already I think I'll do one or two pulls.

Yeah, if we ever have an ice weak boss we're set as I also have a ld'ed Lulu w/ usb.So now it sounds like we should all bust out our LD'd Squalls along with my Rinoa chain and slaughter a raid sometime.

I tried to PUG Orthros and we got absolutely waxed. Managed to solo him but it was quite challenging... barely scraped out a Mastery. Anyone having difficulty with him and need a raid formed?
So is the OK USB the next Cloud USB (on scale of game-changing)? I have 150 myth. Anyone have links to vids demonstrating how amazing it is?

Onion USB isn't something you build a team around like Cloud USB, but it's still very good.
Right now, if you're bringing Onion, he's probably kind of dead weight in your team when he does BSB for buffing, then something like breakdowns or entrusting.
With his USB (and legend dive that comes out at the same time), he will instead give even better buffs, but now he will be one of your good damage dealers also. The mage USB is party quickcast, mag/mnd/res boost, and haste, but it also gives Onion an EX mode that gives him an additional (stacking) +30% magic and +15% damage with black magic, and his LD gives him 35% dualcast to all black magic. You definitely want him to be dropping Meltdowns and Chain spells instead of something like Fullbreak after he's dived.
The physical USB is good too, but his physical side only gets dualcast Celerity, which basically means dualcast Dervish because other celerity skills are bad for DPS. The USB is a direct upgrade to shout though, providing 50% party ATK and haste, along with 50% party crit chance. It also gives Onion an EX mode that gives him 30% extra ATK and quickcast that keeps getting faster with every skill used for the duration.
His LMR on the same banner gives him initial instantcast2 which lets him get his buffs online even faster than before.

Also I downloaded Nox to try and rectify my connection issues! It's setup and has FFRK downloaded onto it, and I managed to get on but it's a brand new account. I clicked [Transfer Game Data] and it's requiring me to log on to another google account or facebook account. I made up a new/different google account for this, but I guess it seems I NEED to use my current account, yes? What is the possibility of losing my data?

Got it all setup... tested out a PUG and connected first try (and first one to "pop in" actually). Latency/Connection is much improved via Nox but ironically my GUI is laggier... like... my own button clicks and menu scrolls etc. are much slower. It's weird. But on my phone my buttons/scrolls/interface is instant. It's like Nox's strength is my phone's weakness and vice versa hehe. I'm still stymied why my Galaxy 7 has connection issues... it's a damn good phone

In Nox's settings, go into the Advanced tab and change the performance setting to High, then within the Nox OS itself turn on developer mode (click like 10 times on the build number in about screen) and then check the box "Force GPU rendering". Then restart the program.
That will greatly improve the performance of Nox and should remove all the graphical lag.

Took a solid 10 minutes to figure out the developer mode thing, but yeah... thanks a bunch; that really really helped!!

slow burn at the beginning to get everything rolling, so Shelke wraths up to two bars before entrusting to TGCid. second entrust went to Larsa, then the last two went to Cid.
Larsa cast the first RW, then Affliction Break, then BSB, which gets burnt by the confuse attack quickly, then another BSB right away after
Ramza, Shouted and alternated between the breaks, nothing unusual
the early damage is light enough that Y'Shtola was able to use Wrath+Battleforged instead of Mako Might for her first Wall cast. after that, alternate between BSB and Wall as Wraths allow. didn't start throwing out command heals til the end of the fight, after the second Wall
TGCid recast the RW since he had Thunder God mode up
only took one s/l, didn't have to change my party at all from my first setup. could have easily taken a few more, tho.
in retrospect, both my healers were able to mostly rely on command heals... probably could have slotted dispel on one of them
