It seems like they were trying to discredit the photographer by having him attached to another case where he "Knew" someone?
I don't fucking know.
It seems like 1 of 2 things:
The State was building a case against another person, the arsonist and wanted a positive ID from this photographer in regards to the arsonist.
OR
The state was trying to discredit the photographer by having him attached to this other case as "Knowing a person of interest in an arson case"
Either way it was fucking horrible, why would you question a witness, who isn't attached to the case in ANY way other than being a witness, in a hostile way...regarding information that has no relation to the case you are currently in court to resolve.
