Like i said earlier, I am disappointed the kid turned himself in, the FBI pretty much sucks at finding people unless zuckerberg scrapes their socmed posts bragging and hands them over, 50% of murders go unsolved. No one looks very hard for the person who did the killing when the corpses were pieces of shit. Watch the video and tell me why Gaige didn't just shoot if he was so intent on taking the kid's life and if he was so intent on killing Rittenhouse why didn't he, like, ya know, try and kill him? Maybe... Discharge his gun instead of rushing into grab Rittehhouse's gun? Skateboard tard and Rosenbaum were trying to kill him, I am not disputing that.
I am also saying, again, in case you, or anyone else, does not understand my stance on the whole affair;
Kyle Rittenhouse was, in my opinion, justified in killing all three of them.
I am not defending bicep bitch, I am making an observation on the events in the video and if you or anyone else cannot separate that from your own personal biases and hatred then you have a problem. A "not mine" type of problem though so fling your shit at some other monkey in this zoo because I am not playing that game any more.

I would say the "Why" of why Gaige didn't off the kid is simple, he hesitated.
You could do a million inferrences of the "Why" of hesitation but the reality is he had the intent and the last barrier he had was puling the trigger.
On the other hand, Kyle had already shot 1 person and knew he was running for his life especially after the attempted hit / hit from behind, then the face kick, then the skateboard to the head. He knew they were going to kill him if he was KO'd.
Gaige "knew" kyle wasn't gunna kill him, hence the back away then the re-engage. Knew in the sense that kyle was only firing at aggressive people, not retreating people.
Kyle was in a headspace of survival where as Gaige was in the headspace of clout.
The shitty part is that your observation can mirror a jury observation..fucking a I know this kid is gunna be fucked.

Amen. Rested on a bench in the hands of a good shooter taking his time will get you 2 inch groups on static target at 25 yrds with a factory glock and mid level store ammo. Start adding in all the real life variables to accuracy that quickly spiral out that group to the broad side of a barn and you realize why most LEO shootings happen inside 8-10 yrds and 5-7 rounds are let loose in hopes a couple actually hit somewhere important.
Folks don't realize people like Hickok45 consistantly ringing 12 inch gongs with a pistol beyond 50 yrds are pretty much NRA grandmaster level shooters and they shot a bucket of ammo thru those pistols to dial themselves in before the camera was ever turned on.
Differnce in shooting a Pistol vs Rifle are night and day.

Be under no illusion that the state believes the shit they are pushing.
If either binger or Krauss was being prosecuted for the exact same crime in the exact same way they would be objecting to all the shit being thrown their way too.

Instead it's completely fabricated made up video by Apple's proprietary software. His defense had no clue about the technology and wasn't able to question the agreed upon expert enough to poke any holes in it.
The side-by-side screenshot of the made-up video versus the original video said it all. If the judge was able to see what reddit saw, he'd probably have not allowed it to be admitted. There are glaring fabricated details in the made-up algorithmic Apple enhanced video.
