Nobody knows, but I'd bet my life it'd be awesome. Dawn is made out of unobtanium mixed with unicorn dust.
Probably be like in Lloyd Alexander's The High King when Taran kills one of the cauldron-born with Dyrnwyn. Somebody kills one of the white walkers with Dawn and every single white walker explodes.

I really hope there's a scene where the Sword of the Morning (Sandor Clegane), Jon "Wight King" Snow with Long Claw, Brienne of Tarth, and Azor Ahai (Jaime Lannister) with Lightbringer charge into a field of others and they start getting blown up.

and Azor Ahai (Jaime Lannister)
I feel like the books leave this theory as far more plausible than the show has. Not having the scene (unless they plan to do it next season) where Cersei sends the note to Jaime to come fight for her and he throws it in the fire is a big deal as far as his character development goes. Show seems to make it obvious she's already picking Robert Strong as her champion. Not to mention the whole lack of Jaime finding out she was banging far more than just Lancel.

Every time Jamie takes a step forward with character development from the books the show writers throw him some made up shit that makes him take two steps back. If he ever does have his 'burning Cersei's letter moment' I fully expect him to be crawling back to her a few episodes later.

This is my biggest gripe from the books to the show. In the books he is pretty much done with her and all her BS the moment he comes back with Brienne and we actually start to feel better about him. He explains how he saved the City by killing the old king and how everyone has treated him like shit since and then he realises his sister is fucked up and starts to go in a better direction. In the show he comes back and is still all over her and doing dumb shit for her etc.

The one line from the show was pretty good, when Qyburn is justifying his methods by noting how many people his research has saved. He asks Jaime how many lives he has killed/saved.

Aye they started to go the book route of showing him be better then he gets back and is all over Cersei and is her lapdog again

This is a great angle for the character. It's probably just harder to write. I would be ok with it if resurrected Jon Snow is a sort of false messiah and Jaime becomes the Night King Slayer.

But if Dan and Dave know the stories and endgame for all major characters, it's possible at some point Jamie could revert back to Cersei in the books. Or for that matter he could be killed at any time. Just saying...

Hell isn't he with Lady Stoneheart right now in the books? She could just hang him out of hand.
That's a big cliff hanger. He MIGHT be with Lady Stoneheart if Brienne held to her word. Or, because Brienne is obviously in love with him, maybe she warned him and they hared off somewhere else.

I am more interested in what those two are up to than anything else, to be honest. I'm a sucker for a good redemption story.

Ramsay's redemption story will be triumphant!

See in the show, they're still kind of clinging to the fact she was in love with Renly, or at least, the IDEA she had of Renly after he was kind to her at the one party. Obviously back in Season 2/3 when her and Jaime were traveling back to KL you could tell she was getting it in the feels, but they've strayed away from that and focused more on her ongoing quest in the show to be about duty, and duty for itself first and not just because of her interest in Jaime.
