So how many mid/post credits scenes are there??

I think I left after the second one, the onsreen credits had gone from an artwork background and stylized font to a standard white on black credits roll. So I figured that was it.

I had certain 'bladder requirements' so these things happen. I've since read what the scenes / teasers are.

There were 5 end credit scenes.

Also easily just as good as the first one. A good continuation building on them being a "family."

Kind of mixed on how I feel about the movie. The unnecessary/forced comedy was poorly delivered and simply off. Timing was even horrible in some instances. Really, the movie would have been significantly more enjoyable if they would have dropped 3-5 of those. I found myself wondering at one point if Mel Brooks was brought in to pen some of these scenes. That's my biggest gripe of the movie.

Secondly, the movie felt like one of those "Behind the scenes" or "The making of..." documentaries that follow some of the more epic movies. You really got about 20-30 minutes dedicated to each character and that was the movie. It was quite weaved together as fluidly as other Marvel movies.

Overall, I like it. It just tried too hard. It was if the accidentally made the awesome movie the first round and decided to go back and provide a backstory and answer all the questions for the audience so they can move forward and make 10 more movies. You really left with a strong knowledge and direction of every character in this part of the MCU.

I would probably give this a B- with its saving grace being our beautiful the movie is presented and they gave a lot of nuggets of the MCU that I really didn't think we would see...
The Watcher was an awesome inclusion. So was Adam Warlock. Nice nod to Cosmo and Howard the Duck as well.

You take 3-5 of those just idiotic moments and you move up to a B+ and flirt with an A- if you fix some of the pacing.

Happy with the matinee price I paid. Little uncomfortable with my wife, 9 & 5 year old in terms of the content but nothing terribly horrible. Not a hype level midnight showing worthy film though in my opinion. I really believe Thor will be the MCU homerun this year.

Was a fun movie- hope starlord still has some powers... if he was needed then he had power of his own- I am sure being with pops helped bring the power out etc.

Well whatever was fun- dumb rocket causing it all...

The third act was pretty awful. Other than that not bad. Batista stole pretty much every scene. The stuff with Peter and the blue guy and the coon was well done. Too muxh focus on groot. 7/10

A bit too much Baby Groot. The opening sequence was kind of fun, but it really felt like they were ramming it down your throat. Movie overall was solid and I enjoyed it. Not as much as the first one, but the first one is probably my favorite MCU movie.

You took a 5 year old to see this? I mean, the 9 "should" be alright, but 5?

Out of every Marvel Comic Book movie I have seen, I have yet to notice one uncomfortable or inappropriate scene. He's seen everything within the Infinity Storyline and given the lead promotional material was Baby Groot and Rocket Racoon, I felt it would have been very kid friendly outside of the violence and possibly a joke or two that would have went way over his head. I would have never expected the impregnation and penis conversations that took place. Up to this point I have never felt that I needed to refer to Common Sense or Mommy Review articles for a Marvel movie but I guess that will change.

It still wasn't "that" bad and honestly I was more concerned with my 9 year saying douchebag and wondering about Drax talking about a planet penis crushing women throughout the galaxy but oh well. It's over now and I probably have some parenting to do.

I was very apprehensive about seeing this on opening weekend after all the early reviews seemed to have it not much higher than "solid". I thought it was fantastic. Now, it certainly isn't on the same tier as GotG1, Avengers, Winter Soldier, etc., but it's a very close rung down.

Get ready for your head to explode mommy dearest. I also took my 5 year old to a 10:30pm showing and he loved it so much he stayed awake the whole time.

Eh I wouldn't take my kids because of the language and violence but - it is the parents choice - I know comic book violence is neutered but it's still there and I am of the odd thought that sometimes over exposure to neutered violence can be bad in let's say, saving private Ryan showing how it really can be.... But now saw that's gore porn.

A couple of the jokes, like the tape, and groot's gag scene felt like we were watching the extended version of those scenes rather than something that would have maybe been condensed a little more.

Should have been part of Infinity War, but it is far too late to introduce a major character like that now unless the first movie is split between Thanos and him.

You can't do Infinity Gauntlet w/o Surfer or Adam Warlock.

Go fuck yourself. You don't get to make the decision to take your underage kids to PG- 13 movie and then bitch about the content, no matter how slight the complaint is. This is such a dumb fuck thing to say.. Maybe you're doing a social experiment though, just letting anyone else who thought about taking a 5 year old to a PG -13 movie that there might be some content mildly inappropriate for someone under 13. Bang up job bro.

Movie was excellent, not as good as the first. I agree there was a couple of moments that felt a little forced. Wished they edged the seriousness of the movie up just a touch. Overall very happy with my time and money spent. Theater was packed, not many empty seats.
