Gun control

There are guns that have even less for the receiver part. There are some that are nothing more than a folded piece of metal. I remember looking at one earlier this year that was a registered selective fire (including full auto) that was nothing more than a piece of metal bent 90 degrees about 6" long by 2" wide and the extra $20,000 was because it had one extra hole drilled in it to allow a full auto sear to be placed in it over the semi automatic version.

This is what constitutes a "firearm" for a 10/22.




A Mauser 98 gun, everything else is just parts.

I thought this was pretty cool, an ak-47 build party. i don't even know how I would go about finding something like this but I would totally go, just to understand more how a gun works

But those guns are illegal in California!

Then there was a chance he could have been arrestedbeforehe used them to shoot people, instead of after. That's about the only thing useful about such gun laws.

Why not just make shooting people illegal?

Guns free zone = if you spot a gun, you know that person is a criminal before they act. Vs the wild west where everyone walks around with a gun on their hip and you have no idea who the criminals are because people don't have red names above their head to let you know.

The usefulness of such information is relative to the time it takes for the police to show up.

But again, none of this really matters. Either every gun is illegal or you may as well let people drive tanks.

Sadly I don't think Kreugen is sarcastic when he considers all gun-free zones the "Wild West".

It's pretty funny watching anyone who posts anything even slightly anti-gun just get fucking SWARMED by the same five people.

the worst part about the gun debate is that the anti-gun lobbyists on majority don't know anything about how guns physically operate, and what they're capable of.

even if you think you do, unless you have operated one to the point where you feel educated and safe you don't.

there are so many reasonable and logical laws that could be enforced, but the entire argument steers head first into a wall of unreasonable & backwards PRO GUN lobbyists. stop pretending like limiting clip size to under 30 rounds will stop a Sandy Hook from happening again, get that bullshit uneducated argument away from the VALID ARGUMENT of background checks @ gun shows.
