I've seen people seemingly able to drop chickens with it fast, one of those I wish there were clearer stats on pen, because I don't have time to retest every gun every time there's a patch that may or may not include all changes

The sickle is crazy good, personally I like it if I am using a strat as a main hand. I will say I find it leagues better for automatons over bugs, but I also pref the run/gun of the defender with bugs. Sickle against automatons since more than half are range, the accuracy to hit them with consistent headshots with no recoil control is quite nice.. though the med ap gun getting full auto, I haven't tried that yet.
I will say wtf, the flamethrower felt amazing since the last buff, but now it feels absolutely insane. Chargers are literally falling over, before it might take a charge or two, depending on if you get him stunned, or they holds still. I know that a common mistake that people do make, or atleast the person in my group that kept calling the flamethrower a piece of shit; just focus a single leg for maximum dps, the head deflects the fire. I've been living out my firebat dreams, and it just keeps getting better.

Reminds me, average maybe 10 games a week or so, lately just to do dailies 5-7th level. Still ain't seen either of the new flyers

It depends on the map and difficulty I think. Like the stalkers, they spawn from specific POI locations that you can destroy and stops them from spawning.
The bug one looks like a bunch of smaller spore spreaders clumped up and the robot one looks like a really tall tower

Does Super Earth need another Soldier? Been looking at this game from the corner of my eye but have not bought it yet.
It's all Co-Op kill shit and escape gameplay if I understand correctly? It's getting so much hype though so tempted to buy it.

It's very fun, no systems or character upgrades to grind other than weapon unlocks.
It's addictive and heroic feeling. All warbonds can be earned through currency earned in the game or you can kick them a bit of cash. New warbond drops second Tuesday of every month and there are currently 3 available, 4 next week. Each warbond has armor, weapons, emotes and mission boosts to unlock.
You will also unlock stratagems (weapons, air strikes and orbital strikes) via requisitions found in game (another currency).
Ship upgrades are purchased via sample materials found in missions if you can get out with them.
It's a very fun, chill game with engaging combat, comedic and oh shit moments where you run like a bitch. Overcoming those encounters makes it a good time. The bad part is them fucking it up almost weekly, then fucking off for the weekend when most people want to play with friends. You will swear it off then end up putting up with it because it's such a good time. That is if you aren't brahma or these other haters. To each their own though.

This is one of those games where the higher difficulties end up being more fun just because of the chaos that happens. I would say suicide mission (level 7) is probably the highest sweetspot for chaos vs. frustration...after that, you're in masochist land lol

Atleast you are still getting the rewards after you login, I can put up with the crashing every two missions for that. But it is absolutely retarded.

The fact that this is a game where they set a game-wide meta objective and were willing to have one of the two factions be eliminated is great.
We know the automatons will be back at some point, but even just a few days respite let's people take their victory lap on social media and such. I've gotten a bunch of messages from friends who would never play a game like this who are now interested because they want to be part of the whole thing.
