Cramer's return YTD in actionalerts is 18.28%. Not stellar, but he had some companies in there I didn't touch. I cherrypick his picks. Also, he's real good about telling you trades that the hedge fund managers are doing. For instance, when AMD was below 90, he said to load up on the stock because it would be a huge trade. This was weeks ago before they pushed it up 5-6% a day for a week. Or he said to buy EL on the dip and it rose 8% in three days after he said it. And he doesn't say this on TV, but he'll flat out tell you to short something if you are listening. His biggest problem is that I think he sells his winners from his portfolio too soon. He sold AMD at 106, he sold DIS early, he got us out of Paypal (just to buyback higher). Oh, he told us to sell Nike 20 points ago. He said get out of TTWO and it went up 15 points. I look at his stuff as thought starters, but 1/3 of his picks I don't follow after doing my own research. And yeah, he'll be sending you alerts to buy during selloffs, like when he said to buy NVDA at 500, and then it went to 820.

He does make money and he does teach, but he is conservative in that he leans toward value investing. The highest flyers he had were NVDA and AMD.

Here is a list of Cramer's current picks. 1 means buy now. 2 means to hold (he suggested to buy them at 1, until they got overvalued). Some of these picks he's had us in for years. The second column is the portfolio weighting.

How much does he charge for the actio alerts?

399 for the year. Its worth it to understand the fund manager's line of thinking. He'll put stuff on there before TV. And when the market is doing crazy shit, he'll send out videos. And yeah, he does drop trades in there, something he won't do on TV. Last year I made 7-8k off his covid plays, and AMD just paid me about the same in the last few weeks. He'll tell you the grimey shit he can't or won't say on TV or twitter. Even today, he's talking about the stocks the manipulator's are pushing down, which is something he won't say on TV. But a few days later they end up popping 10% after he just told you something is being artificially pushed down.

100% worth it, in my opinion.

Looks like tomorrow is another day to short AMD, with all the weak hands. Cramer called it yesterday. Reddit doesn't have enough bullets to keep all the MEMEs going. If AMC's earnings report is bad (which it should be), that will cause the reddit people to have to sell to cover margin. AMC could cause AMD to drop, which could be a good opportunity to short AMD and buy more. Honestly, if it gets back to 100, I'll load the wagon.

Pissed I missed out on the AMZN trade I had planned in my head. I really need to organize my trade ideas better. I always have them, but I get caught up in other trades.

Not sure about confusing, but it is annoying to search for something in particular and 1/2 of the first page of search is sponsored items that may or may not be anything like what you searched for by name. No telling how many sponsored ones that came up or straight counterfits.

“[Amazon will] be dominant in the future,” Cheng said. “However, I do think during this period their Achilles heel has emerged, and it's the strength and the weakness being the same thing for Amazon. Their strength is that they are 'the everything store.' Their weakness is that they are 'the everything store,' and manufacturers have proliferated products into Amazon, which is confusing the consumer experience.”

Amazon really needs a good fucking overall. The fact they give no shits about Chinese scammers dumping endless amounts of counterfeit goods into their ecosystem is reason enough.

That and they copy a product someone is selling and label it Amazon basics and undercut them and will direct traffic their own way on search.

Jobs numbers could be a blessing and a curse. Jobs numbers good which means economy is strengthening. Job numbers bad means more likely we hear taper talk from the Fed.

Here is a review from last month. How do you think it matches up to your experience with the product? I'm leaning toward trying it since if it makes me an extra couple of hundred over a year it pays for itself and from what I am reading his investing style seems pretty close to my own philosophy (find high quality companies and adding to them versus buying lesser quality companies).

I think I highlighted where I disagree with Cramer. I don't always buy into his stuff, but then I regret it later. And he had stuff he said to sell I disagreed with, and they went up a bunch. Hell, he had a video telling us how to play the Lilly trade before it flew, and then told us to exit it.

100% worth it, just don't follow blindly.
