No. He is in via the various fund raise rounds. His wealth advisor gets him in. He isnt buying an ETF to get his position.

There's a guy on another forum who runs the institutional investment side of his company's business. He linked a video talking about something new he was doing, and I didn't understand a single word of it. IIRC MIT math grad.

Some people are swimming in the deep deep end of the pool.

Yeah thinking of selling some. Long term very bullish on Tesla due to robotaxi and especially Optimus, but its going to be so long before either of those really start affecting the top line I think, and its bumped down off of these 460ish levels multiple times before. I want to be in it, but wondering if its prudent to sell some and buy back in more later at lower levels.

Not quite enough shares for covered calls.

I've also noticed looking at the chart 4 out of the last 5 years, March/April has been an optimal buying time for Tesla where it dips from winter into spring. Probably just coincidence, and 2022 didn't follow the trend.

I made it to the last round of interviews at SpaceX 3 years ago. They paid well below what equivalent employers were paying for my position, and they were the only ones requiring all 5 days per week in office. BUT- the position came with a very generous offer of SpaceX shares, and that alone kept me interested.
