It's definitely not just you.. The short answer is, most people are playing a different game then those of us who post on forums and such. We understand objectives and that a MOBA is a different type of game. The majority of players see LoL and think it's just a different form of CoD (or any deathmatch game) and that kills = wins. They don't understand the subtle things that let you win (like.. selfish players farming 4-5 CS in bot instead of coming to help jungler kill dragon for the equivalent of 15 CS for him alone in the same time, which makes it take too long giving enemy time to come to gank jungler and get dragon themselves, for example).Okay, I have a serious question because I think there is something wrong with me when it comes to this game.
this .... so much thisI can't even count how many times my team has grouped up 3-4 in mid and sieged enemy tower when we're behind 5 kills, multiple dragons, etc.. Then, bitch at me for being off in a different lane when they get engaged on and wiped out.
Yes, they changed it into a turn-based strategy game.I used to love LOL but haven't played in about a year or so. Any significant changes happen recently, or is it still a new champion and the occasional balance tweaks once in a while?
I ask because I heard some people were unhappy with recent changes, but I don't know of what they speak.Yes, they changed it into a turn-based strategy game.
Yeah I cannot think of any major changes that anyone would be upset with. They tweaked things, like you stated, as they always do. My guess would be that your friends were just into XYZ champ that got nerfed or changed somehow, and that translates into "major changes" for them, but not for anyone else.I ask because I heard some people were unhappy with recent changes, but I don't know of what they speak.
The biggest structural change is the jungle but it hasn't really effected much besides making your jungle path set in stone.Yeah I cannot think of any major changes that anyone would be upset with. The biggest cvhange I can think of that has happened in the last year is that ARAM is now a queued up game mode, with its own map and queue. There's really no way to construe that as a negative though, it's purely awesome if you like ARAM, you ignore it if you don't.
